Month of Bacon: Breakfast Pizza

This is a submission from me. I feel like I invented this recipe, even though I'm sure many people have their own way of doing it.

Breakfast Pizza

1 canister of Pillsbury Grands! biscuits
Pizza sauce* or country gravy
5 Scrambled eggs, don't overcook
Cooked and crumbled bacon or sausage
Grated cheese

In a 9 x 12" or 9 x 13" pan, flatten biscuit dough, creating a crust. Bake in oven, according to canister recipe until slightly golden. Take the biscuit crust out, cover with pizza sauce or country gravy. Scatter scrambled eggs and bacon or sausage on top, and finish off the creation with plenty of grated cheese.

Bake in the oven until cheese is melted. Enjoy!

* For pizza sauce, I use 1 small can of tomato sauce, 1 small can of tomato paste, and I add oregano, basil, and garlic salt to taste. With the leftover sauce, sometimes I add more tomato sauce to make spaghetti sauce.

I like the white sauce best with sausage and the red sauce best with bacon.

Mmmm! I'm glad you posted this recipe because I love it! I'll have to try to make it before the 14th or else I have no clue when I'll get to indulge in this yummy breakfast!

I tried the sausage and gravy version this morning. It was a hit and most tasty.
